Duke grinned back. "Thought you might say that." He led the way back out into the darkened halls, then paused and waved her back when he heard footsteps.
A security guard strolled past down the hall, looking bored and poking at his phone as he went. Duke pressed his finger to his mouth, pressing himself back against the wall while he waited for the guy to pass.
